Mallory's Return and Exchange Policy

No refunds after thirty (30) days or without valid proof of purchase, such as sales receipt.
Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refunds based on the initial form of purchase.
Without a valid proof of purchase, exchange or in-store credit for current selling price only.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be in clean and resalable condition.
Defective items or items requiring service should be returned to the manufacturer or nearest service center.
Certain EXCEPTIONS  apply:
CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE  -- No refunds on custom decorated apparel or merchandise.
SOFTBALL/BASEBALL BATS --  Bats must be unused with plastic wrap and warranty card information still attached.
FISHING ROD RETURNS -- Rods must be unusued and in the original packaging.  
All used and or opened baseball/softball bats and fishing rods are covered under the manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned to the store.  Wooden bats have no warranty.  All warranty claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer.  The retailer can not be responsible for warranty claims and returns.
